Orange County Pool & Spa Harassing, name-calling and threats must stop! Anaheim Hills, California
Brian Rejniak, his staff, and Orange County Pool & Spa Service (or lack thereof) are dangerous and unstable. This is not just my opinion. If you question them, about anything, you are immediately bombarded with threatening and insulting emails. Every bit of information on their website is false. They do not have a license with the state contractor board. They are not affiliated with the BBB, and according to the BBB it is because of their lack of license and the number and types of complaints against them.
I filed a complaint and in their response they admitted that I owed them nothing. They claimed I owed them money after I refused to remove negative reviews from Yelp. Yelp has since reduced their listings from 4 to 1, and removed the 100+ positive reviews when they discovered they were all fakes. There are still plenty of sites with negative reviews against them, I've made sure of it.
I have an ever-growing list of people who he has threatened. He told me he had filed police reports with Placentia and Hemet, even gave me fake report numbers. He told me he had filed restraining orders against me. I have yet to receive those. He told me he was suing me in OC Superior Court. I have yet to receive a subpoena.
This guy is a bully, plain and simple. If you ignore him, he will go away. His 'lawyer' sent a threatening letter, very unprofessional by the way. I told him to bring it on, I was ready with my documentation. I haven't heard anything since from him either. Check the OC Superior Court website... the only lawsuits with Brian Rejniak listed are against him for breach of contract, all of which he lost or settled (same thing). Stay away from this guy and his company!
The addresses listed on his many websites are fake...some don't exist at all, one is a church! They screen all their calls, for good reason I'm sure. Many of us have been called lowlife, classless, trash and threatened with libel suits. Brian, fyi, since your lawyer doesn't know any better, libel only works if it's not the truth. Truth is a foreign concept to you, but the rest of us have had just about enough of your lies. Hope you saved some of those quarters from you laundromat business. You're going to need them.
