It first started off with my buying their $299 package. They emailed me back the next day told me they will be setting up my website. After going back and forth for a week with their "so called' representatives. The website was up. Now Another problem arised! The website and the script they sold has soooooo many bugs and flaws to the point that I don't think it functions. They tell you to go through the bug report to report current bugs that your website is facing. I filed over 60 bugs for the website and it never worked as it should. 

Now, for the bugs. They have outsourced that issue to Developers in India. When you report a bug you have to speak with someone that barely understands english and attempt to explain the issue to them. It took me 3 weeks and over 20 email back and forth once to explain a minor bug and ask them to fix it. 

After dealing with all that BS, I finally decided to give up on the company and what they sold me. Give them their script back and take my money back. Here's where the problem arised, they went ahead took down the script and my website and never gave me my money back.

I kept sending them emails telling them that they took down my website and they took my money. Alonso, the "Owner" kept calling me a theif and kept telling me that I should propose something for them to gain my "Trust" again and to put my website back. 

First of all, Alonso, I paid money for the website. $299 to be specific. I have the right to have my website up, second of all please tell the world what you said about "Americans" and how prejudice you are towards them. Saying stuff like "All you Americans do not read the terms of agreement" "Typical americans try to run away with our service for free". 

Alonso is a very rude disrespectful A1 scammer. After I threatened to publish all of our chat logs online and posting a bad review online. He then started LYING about him refunding my money. For the past 3 days he's been saying that he's refunded my money where my paypal balance hasn't moved up or down 0 cents. He never refunded my money he keeps lying and saying stuff like " it's weird ", " check your email " " there's something wrong with your account ". Stuff that scammers tell you to make it seem like they're legit when they infact scammed you and did not give you anything back. 

 

TLDR; I don't have a website, I lost my $299 that I paid. They are rude, disrespectful, scammers, sell a product that doesn't work and they hate Americans. ALSO BE CAREFUL! When you talk to them over the chat and mention the ripoffreports you saw online. They will say that all the big websites like google facebook have ripoffreports. Just another technique to lure you in and steal your money.
