OSI Collections Services Theft rippoff Atlanta Georgia
I had an account with Capital One, due to financial difficulties, I was not able to pay it off on time. I was later contacted by OSI Collections and, made payment arrangements around march 2004. When June came around I lost my job and had to cancel June's payment until I had income again. I called them and was transferred to their supervisor "Reynel" who wasn't able to pull out June's check but was able to take July's out (so she said she did). Now I understand that they are trying to collect a debt and I know I am responsible for the money I owe, however due to my financial situation I was not able to pay July's payment.
Now I recieved a letter anyway stating that the check was going to be deposited. I called them and the rep that was handling my account "Shirley Cox" said,"Why are you calling just now?" EXCUSE ME I called a month previously to solve this matter (Girl does not sound like she has much education.)So she transferrs me to her supervisor "Reynel" who admits she did not do her job and kept repeating herself (Now, how did she ever become supervisor?)She stated that they would refund my overdraft fees only, even though they put the check through when I specifically asked them not to.
Now I don't know what to do because I want to pay my debt but I don't want to deal with these ignorant people.
So If anyone has any suggestions please respond.
