 WWW.OTTOSOURCE.COM ! BUYERS BEWARE! I have written this review twice on cars.com without it being posted. The last review on that site was in March 2013. Otto claims to be selling 80 cars per month but no reviews posted since March 2013? Do not trust the B.S. posted on their website! I recently purchased a 2006 Cadillac STS (June 2013) from them because I was impressed with what I saw on the internet as far as the pictures and details on the vehicle. I trusted the vehicle was what they advertised due to my experience with www.carsourceusa.com out of Burbank Ill... My trust got the best of me and I did not thoroughly go through the vehicle before signing all the paperwork. The vehicle did not shine like the photos they posted on their website. There were deep scratches and chip marks that were hidden from the photos posted on line. The finish had swirls (poor detail) all over the vehicle. The tires were advertised as new when they were 50% worn and the wrong tires (Falcon) for this vehicle. The left rear rim was bent. The battery was no good. Now for the experience! I drove the car back to my hotel and was set to leave to Houston the next morning. I go to start the vehicle and nothing. Otto source does not open until 10:00 A.M. so I have to wait to reach someone after 10 a.m. After talking to my salesman he makes arrangements for another used battery to be brought out to me at my hotel. Now I have to stay another day in Dallas and pay for another night in the hotel. The next morning I wake up and head out to Houston. 89 miles outside of Dallas the right rear tire blows out the sidewall leaving me stranded on the shoulder of the freeway. I go to get the spare and there is no spare. Great! I call the sales center and the lady who answers tells me the cars are sold as is! All I was calling for was some assistance to get a tow truck. Three hours later and a $185.00 fee for roadside assistance I am back on my way to Houston. $225.00 for a new rim, $650.00 for new tires, $204.95 for a new detail for what should have been done at the dealer, and now the car is what is should have been as advertised! Not only that but they just cut and paste all the information posted on their website for the particular vehicle posted for sale from the actual manufacturers details of the vehicle. There was no 1 year free service for On Star, 3 months free service for XM Satellite radio, there were no tire pressure sensors with this vehicle, and many other things as advertised. My salesman Daniel was useless and a gentleman name Jay was very helpful in assisting me with my concerns. He actually put me in contact with the owner (Otto) who apologized and then went on to cry about how he is taking a loss on this vehicle because of all the issues. Well he compensated me for the $185 towing and gave me back $125 towards tires after telling me his people show the vehicle to have 85% tread left on the tires. Bottom line is I will never purchase another vehicle from them again and I would advise anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle from them to be very cautious! By the way a week later I finally realize the key lock to the glove box is missing. Because you don’t see the lock from the driver’s seat it went un-noticed!

Let me first start by saying that I bought a car from them about 1 month ago and since then I have been recommending them to everyone I know. I felt like I need it to leave a review or comment specially on this site. This dealer was courteous treat me fair in al aspects of the process. I was really surprised by their attention to detail and they truly made me feel very confortable. I never leave reviews for any bussines at all but I believe they are really worth the time that I'm doing this. Thank you guys!

This is our third vehicle from them and we never had an issue. We are so happy with every purchase and we are looking forward to buy our fourth. Great custumer service and quality of vehicles! Highly recomended!

 This purchase had been a nightmare and I even ran into the valve cover gaskets causing the engine lite to come on after driving the car 600 miles. No problem because the car came with a warrenty for 3 months or 4500 miles. The contract said this issue was covered. Take it to the mechanic and I am told the valve cover gaskets have to be replaced and it is a $900.00 job from cadillac. They call the warrenty company only to have the claim denied! Boy am I pissed now. I take it to my mechanic and save $120.00 but am still out $780.00. I speak to Otto the owner of ottosource and he apoligizes to me and said he will be calling the warrenty company after he finishes talking with me. Otto tells me if I was in Dallas he would have done the job for $350.00. So instead he said he would mail me a check for $350.00 to help cover some of the cost. I appreciate the fact that Otto kept his word and the check was received. Always check what you are going to buy before spending any money!
