This company are a SCAM.
I have bought one of their so called luxury apartments, late last year - riddled with faults and problems.
They have cut corners almost everywhere they could - I have complained but they dont get back to you. I have spoken to David Shaw and various other people. They all just fob you off.
Utter scum. The owners of this farce should be ashamed.
I am now forced to invlove the local authroity who said thier work was "dreadful" to help me bring a claim against them with the trading standards.
Be very careful as well of the service charges - they have an "indipendant" management compnay - all the directors are called Livesy - something very fishy going on.
Very disappointed
