pacific loan solution Zachary/Gonzales LLC in january 09 , we had a meeting with manager, Veken Nahhas ,sales manger , we only ask about the programs they had. We told veken we are not behind on any payments just wanted to see if we quailifed Riverside, California
we wanted to see if we can qualifiy for re-mod, we had a meeting with Veken Nahhas , #1 we told Vick we where NOT behind on our house, or any other payments (CC) our credit score is very high. Vick told us dont make any more h-payments , it would look better. he showed us other clients report. gave him 2 post dated check, he gave us 4 days to look it over, he did not , he deposted the 3rd day. knowing he needed to wait till we transfered funds. if we did not quailified or we did not like the rates we would be fully refunded we where not notified until 4 months later, with a letter from our loan CO stating our house will be in forecloser if we did not pay in full. after countless calls to P.L.S. a meeting was set up, i told our pls-rep that our loan co denied our request, why are we not being told this information.our rep told us vic had told other familys the same thing... Our loan co gave us 6 more months. after countless calls , e-mails , letter. NO BODY returned any calls. untill may/june 2010 a unknow rep called BUT would not give us any information on whats going on, in fact she hung up on us... no other talks untill july 1st . Atty Zachary/Gonzales called.. basicly they told me its my word against theirs. but they would continue with our remod- i asked for bussness cards , they had none no other info was given to me. 7-11-2010
