I am the VP of Sales and Marketing Operations for Pacific Monarch Resorts/Monarch Grand Vacations. We pride ourselves in providing a great product that has enriched the life of tens of thousands of families as we are approaching an owner base of 100,000. Obviously you have been frustrated by your experience so far and I would like to fix that because it's obvious to me something is wrong. With the volume of owners that go on vacations and tell us about their experiences, and the amount of owners that purchase additional points from our compnay for more vacation time, we know we are meeting the needs to 99% of our owners, and they thank us for it.
If we have not done that in your case, please personally contact me and let us help you to find a solution, whatever that solution may be so you can enjoy your ownership. We cannot solve the problem with unidentified complaints to an internet site. If you are truly an owner with Monarch Grand Vacations, and NOT an ex-employee with a grudge or one of our competitors looking to discredit our company or one of many unforunate owners who find themselves in a financials bind and report innaccuracies in an attempt to lash out, we want to, and can help you.

I just read your report. I actually wrote a report today on Monarch because I had finally had it. My report did not go through for some reason...ahh it was very long too. I am a single mother and my daughter and I were there together.
I explained over and over (to each salesperson that kept trying to assure us that this would work for us) that I could not afford this time share and that it would not meet our travel needs. They scribble on that piece of paper and lead you to think that it will work for you. I have had the time share for over a year and cant ever book anything that I need. I told them that I was not concerned with luxury and that I do missions work...so I stay in places with the bare minimums. They went as far to say..."perfect, you can give time away to family and people in your church...like a gift. I thought yeah that would be nice. Well the first time i tried to book a room for someone they said, "no you have to be there with them, and oh of course there was no availability. My list goes on and on...hopefully I can figure out why it didn't post. I may have to write it again. I will let you know when it is up.
I too have complained and they say "you signed a contract" and that they recorded that I agreed. I told the agent, "why didn't you record the salesperson while they gave their pitch?" Because then you would all be in court.
I see that you are going to fight this...I would like to know what your lawyer said...because this is my next step. I am paying for nothing...wasted money...a contract based on manipulation. Good luck!
