Packers Paving Thelma Williams Pakers Paving ripoff fly by night company Thelma Williams De Pere Wisconsin
Asphalt Company approached our church because they noticed it was in need of repair. Said they were doing a big project in town and ordered too much asphalt so they could fix our parking lot at a discount. They said they would guarantee the repair for one year. They laid the asphalt improperly and it was too thin it was crumbling and falling apart with in the first week. Multiple calls have been made without any return calls back. Beware of packers paving aka thelma williams. Our church is short on funds and the ability to make repairs they came to us as if to do us a favor instead we are out money and a parking lot mess.

Just when you think everyone in America knows about the "old paving scam", another one pops up. Don't you know better than that ? I guess not...you fell for it. ALWAYS investigate companies like this - are they in the yellow pages ? Do they have customers who will give them a reference ?? I thought EVERYONE knew to do this. Geeezzzz. Well, as PT Barnum said - " There's one born every minute ".
