Panhandle Pavers LLC Paid $ 900.00 for a retaining wall and sealing of pavers on 6/19/8 and never did the work. Niceville Florida
On 6/23/08 wrote out a check in the amount of 900.00 dollars to Panhandle Pavers LLC. The representative, Ernest R Humphrey, does all the on site business transactions. Unfortunately, I did not get anything in writing and this just simply done on a handshake. He has not returned any of my calls and I even went as far as leaving a note on his residence door where he operates from.
I've ordered the cancelled check and have taken pictures which clearly show nothing was done. I plan on taking this company/individual to small claims court soon and hope that the judge will rule in my favor. This individual who goes by "randy" has a history of "robbing Peter to pay Paul" and taking advantage of retirees and the "well off" in the community.
My mission is to stop this person from ever doing this again. I was recently advised he may not be in the paving business any longer and is probably back to lawn service work where he also has ripped people off in unfinished lawn work/services.
