My grandparents are in the same boat as all the Pantheon customers. Well actually they got their 4 count em 4 machines but they turned out to be junk. They paid well over 50,000 to these crooks and have little more than scrap metal to show for it. THe machines were delivered to the locations as requested (although 5 months late)and "installed". The machines NEVER worked right. They even paid for all the add ons that they were not told about. Like paying for DSL instalation, one site even needed satelite internet as it was in theback of no-where. So with all the running of lines and the satelite equipment and instalation they were out nearly another 5000. Ok now some 55,000 into these machines and they are "up and running" Oh wait!! No now they were broken....Yes all of them! So they called up Pantheon because they had paid an extra X,000 for the Gold package that gave them a better warranty and they were told all problems would be fixed asap. Ok so they call and they were told to go to the machine with a screw driver and call them and they would talk them through fixing it!!!! WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY IS THAT?!?!?!?! So the problem was never fixed and the machines never worked and Pantheon broke off all contact. So we assume we are scammed and do what everyone else did "Were gunna sue, call our Congressman, call the BBB, Were gunna shut them down" Of course we filed reports until the cows came home and if you call Pantheon right now they will STILL take your money. So it was all for nothing. Then the most outrageous thing happened!!!!! They called and asked them to buy an add on that allowed truckers to get live video feed through the terminal to their laptops. The cost of this great feature???Another 10,000!!!! THey of course refused and when they started asking our the lack of support the whole $0 they have made and the HUGE bills they were recieving the guy of course said "Thats not my area but I willdefinately have someone get back to you" Of course a call never came. All in all they have a grage full of worthless crap (4 machines) they had to pay for early terms on their DSL service. And the grand total for their loss??? $87,000. I feel bad for you all but don;t expect to have any justice. These scams are everyday things in Flordia and believe me the government won't do a thing.

Richard, the frauds you listed are located in Miami. I'm in California. We're 2500 miles apart! Trust me, Richard, there is no warehouse! How do I know? Because it's the old internet terminal con. The way it works is the frauds suck someone into believing they are going to get rich with internet terminals in shopping centers. Naturally, the terminals don't make much money. That's why nobody uses them anymore. Today, it's all WIFI. I see you actually received a machine. You're lucky. Most of the frauds never bother to send anything. But, trust me, it didn't come from any warehouse near here. That's as phony as the rest of their crooked story. They more than likely tore it out of a local business in Miami. Why would they store it all the way out here? You seem to think that I'm near the fraud, so I must be part of it. Well, you live in Florida. All the magazine fraud seems to come out of Florida. Are you part of the magazine fraud? See how little sense that makes? My last job was as a truck driver. I have no background in fraud. I'm sure there are tons of frauds within a 5 mile radius of me. Hell, every other company is an enron these days. So, why would I be surprised if a fraud was running right in my back yard? Let me explain why I don't bother with the feds anymore. I've been coming here and reading this site for about 3 months now. I get involved. I tell victims how to spot and avoid this fraud. I try to think up possible solutions. I tried to put a company running the modem dialer con out of business. Search for One web direct. See how I listed every federal agency I could think of in my comment? I went as far as to provide the exact web addresses for the complaint pages to fill out. What were the results? Did the feds run right over and put the modem dialer cons out of business? No! In fact, not only did nothing happen, but the modems are still running the same con. They just changed their names. THIS site is the only thing that bothered them. That's why they changed their name! The feds never do anything. They just laugh and delete the complaint. How do I know? Because all the frauds that were reported are still out cheating people! You see, I learn when something works or doesn't work! But, try it for yourself and see. Please, call every federal agency you can think of! I wish you the best of luck! I really do! This nonsense never happens to me. I would never buy anything on the internet. And, I'd never send $20 in the mail, much less $20k. Check this out. My auto registration is due. Now, do I send my money to the DMV in the mail, like everyone else? NO! I don't trust the DMV. I go down in person and stand in line. I get my stickers in my hand before I pay them a penny. If I don't trust the DMV, what chance do the frauds have to get me to send thousands of dollars to them? Hell, they'd be more likely to win the lottery, have sex with a supermodel, and get hit by a meteor all in the same day. You beat fraud by spotting it before it cheats you! Trying to get your money back is like going fishing in a rain barrel in the back yard. Yes, you might actually catch something. Just don't plan on having fish for dinner that night. So, by all means, give it a try. Millions of other victims have. You certainly deserve the same chance! Who knows, maybe you'll get lucky!

If you will look at the bottom of this page beneath my complaint you will notice that PAUL FROM ANAHEIM CALIFORNIA has written a response. It appears Paul from Anaheim Caliornia lives less than 20 miles from Pantheons shipping warehouse in California. His house is in fact about a 20min. drive from where these terminals are shipped to and delivered from. DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS FROM THIS INFORMATION!!! Fact is, the Federal Government will help you get your money back. If you want to file a police report against Pantheon in Floida go to www.hollywoodpolice.org. their phone numbers are provided there.

Other companies are doing the exact same thing. Basically, they convince someone to send thousands of dollars for machines. Nothing ever is sent. Nobody ever lines up locations. There are never any machines involved. It's take the money and laugh at the people who sent it! Fraud, pure and simple. Looks like it's making money. After all, at $20k for a video and a CD, how could it not? The feds never stop this kind of thing either. I don't see why they even bother to make a web site and take complaints. All they do is delete them, just like normal people delete spam on their computer. I guess it's up to victims to spot the fraud and learn to avoid it. At least you're at the right site for that!

I have filed a report with the Federal Trade commission concerning Pantheon Holdings 12/3/04. I will file a police report this week on Jeff Cooper a.k.a Jeff Kuba and Alan Glaubman and the Pantheon Holdings Company for an array of charges. Including theft by deception and theft with a forged instrument, at the appropriate police department(Hollywood, Florida) here in Florida. I have retained an attorney and I will pusue this both criminally and in a civil context. I encourage all those who have been scammed by these thieves to notify State and Federal authorities both in their own states and here in Florida. Contact the Federal Trade Commission, Your State Consumer Complaint Department, and the F.B.I. These criminals (Jeff Cooper a.k.a. Jeff Kuba and Alan Glaubman) are going to jail. Rest assured we will get our money back. Once we get the Federal Government involved they will be incarcerated and forced to return the money they stole. Be patient. I and others are methodically pursuing these criminals. I am planning to take out a full page ad in the Florida Herald naming these criminals and there company for all to see. i live here in Jacksonville Beach and my family are good friends with Thad Altman our state Senator.

Since you obviously have been scammed, and hopefully you will take further action, I just wanted to let you know that Jay Maine I can almost guanantee you is a fake name as that is a small town of about 3000 people here in Maine. My guess, this person opened up an atlas and just picked something to use for a name.
