I am trying to find out information on Neil from NewEdge Technology. I am a contractor who has been ripped off by Neil and has found there are several others out there. They are still doing business with Pantheon. If you are an installer who has done business with NewEdge or you know an installer who has, or if you know when Neil will be in the Pittsburgh area. Please contact me. Any information is useful.

I have filed my own report here as well. They got me for $25,960.00. I was supposed to get 2 machines. Got 1 after 4 months and it doesn't work. If you wired money from a bank to these guys or send money through the mail for something you did not get, then it is a Federal crime. Collect your paperwork and visit the nearest US Attorney Office. File a criminal complaint. Contact the US Postal Service Postal Inspectors and complain to them also. Cyndee Winkler left an email address, using AOL. I think her screen name is "assistinlaw". Let's all get together through someone like her and PILE ON!!

I'll tell you one thing. There's no way in hell that I'd ever send my money to these d**n frauds. But, in the unlikely event that someone actually was able to cheat me like this, you'd better believe I would act on it. Leave me $1000 for gas, and I'd run right down there. I used to be a truck driver. Florida? Miami? It's 3 days from Anaheim. I'd have 3 days to sit and plan. Stewing over my loss the whole time. Do you wanna know who has your money? I read more last night. There's this fat f**k known as Stephen Tashman. He's been doing this for the last 20 years. He's been running the trash vending machine con, one scheme after another. It was phone card vending machines. Then ATM cash dispensers. Now, it's internet kiosks. Read it for yourself. There's a 5 page article in the New Times. It's the top google listing. Search for the name. Also, search for kiosk scams. The fifth listing is the one you want. A fellow victim known as Cyndee Winkler has a site going. She filed here too. Evidentially, she is involved with a law firm who is pursuing it. The FTC can't stop this crook. He laughs at them. Read the story for yourself. The do cease and desist orders. He simply goes on to start another crooked company. Laughing all the way to the bank. So far, this crook has taken only peaceful victims who sat back and bawled over the loss. Nobody ran down there and did anything. Personally, I'd love nothing better than to see someone set this sack of s**t on fire before he conks out from a heart attack from all the grease he's eaten. People have written books about this guy. Fred Schulte wrote Fleeced!: Telemarketing Rip-Offs and How to Avoid Them. Then, there's The Boiler Room and Other Telephone Sales Scams. They're on Amazon. Read how they work. At least that way, you'll know what to avoid.
