Paradigm Acceptance ripoff Hampton Virginia
Back in June 2005, I like others went on line a tried to get a computer, then of couse Gateway reccommended Paradigm Acceptance. When I spoke with Latoia, she never once mentioned how much I would be billed for the lap top, on the computer it was $1200.00, when I recieved the paper work to be signed I was being charged$2262.48, which I thought was not only bait & switch but also high way robbery, I never signed any paper work. Since then I have tried numberous times to fax, call and even had to deal with Amy, who certainly does not belong in Customer Service, as she's rude, dishonestand not a nice person to deal with. Eventually going back and forth from Ms. Morris them Mr. Marcus Howlton (who's Any's husband) I am at my end with it all. I would not have come to this if they would have just put back my money which they took out my account, which was $83.88. Being a single mom I can't just afford to throw that kind of money away, especially to a company with this reputation.
