It appears that there is no web-sight for the products any longer under the name of Paradise Partners. However, these products will probably keep popping up...but under a new name. And they have been marketed under a different name prior to Perfection by Paradise Partners. I know because I was told to remove 1000 labels off of the old product for the new product name labels. First, the company taking these orders is International Marketing Solutions Inc., 14500 North Northsight Blvd, Ste, 200 and Ste 100(call center, Scottsdale, AZ. The products that are being sold via the telephone are ok products, but any drug store products will do the same and not ripe-off your bank account. The offer is they will send you a sample and then start sending you monthly shipments....even if you have informed them of the fact you do not want more during the original sample order conversation. If you want to make sure you are not a victim.... DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR BANKING INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY...PARADISE PARTNERS, IMS, INC. ** IF YOU HAVE LOST MONEY TO THIS COMPANY..... CONTACT THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. THIS COMPANY WAS DOING BUSINESS UNDER ANOTHER NAME PREVIOUSLY - AND CHARGED AND FINED BY THE FTC for these types of business practices. (Researched via the FTC website). Link to FTC sight regarding the previous product berrytrim and how the company has changed products and company name. But they are still doing business under a different name and are using some of the same gimmicks. See www.ftc.gov/os/2003/07/healthlabcmp.pdf Post cards are sent out to consumers appearing to be a friend recommending the products. Refunds are only given to the customers that demand them, ones that get very upset, and threaten suing the company, etc., or if their bank contacts the company. As employees of IMS, Inc., we were told NO refunds, and do whatever you cannot to let the consumer cancel prior to receiving the samples. Customers are told very fast that if they do not wish to continue receiving the products they must call and cancel. Oh, and why would a reputable company tell you to say "Marc Kaplan is not involved with the company". But he headed the special products class and we were told he is one of the two partners heading the company. I would like to say, please beware of buying any products that are advertised in the same manner. I would also like to say I am sorry for being part of that company for the short time I was before being fired; because I would not lie to customers and I had read the information on the FTC website and learned of the way this company was doing business.

The web address for the Paradise Partners reported here is NOT www.paradisepartners.com. That is the URL for my company, Paradise Partners, Inc. We are a software design company in New York City. We do no business via credit card. Please remove this URL from your web site. We are often confused with a Paradise Partners that sells products over the web. In fact, we are inundated with complaints meant for them. If you purchased Libidra from that company, their email address, according to someone I spoke with there, is [email protected]. I don't know the address for complaints regarding their skin cream. Thank you very much, Paradise Partners, Inc. (in New York City)
