Paramount Designs Inc also know as PDI Construction does work for companies like Salt River Project, El Paso Gas, Arizona Public Service and AT&T. PDI Construction will bill a company like Salt River Project $145 per hour including travel time to and from the yard for a two man crew in a pothole/vacuum truck but won't pay the Employees for travel time.
PDI make Employees use their own vehicle to haul construction supplies to the job sites but will cheat the Employee out of mileage pay for having to use their own vehicle. Ed (silver spoon) Campbell allows field manager Noel May to carry a gun in the company truck and allows Noel May to make idle threats while holding his gun the hispanic Employees.
While this Company is turning huge profits which allows the owners to make trips to Spain and Alaska, the Employees are forced to take pay cuts. Do not go to work for this company. They will take full advantage of you.
