Patent And Trademark Institute Of America Federal Judge slaps Injunction on Julian Gumpel and all his companies, Federal Trade Commission has filed a deceptive business suit against PTI(Julian Gumpel) and all his holdings. Garden City New York
This is for anyone who has done business with Julian Gumpel and any of his associated companies, I. E. ULC, IPA, etc.
On 10 January 2007 The Federal Trade Commission has filed a deceptive business suit against PTI(Julian Gumpel) and all his holdings. The Honorable Judge Lee of the Eastern District in Virginia has placed an Injunction on Julian Gumpel and froze all his assets and furthermore preventing him from doing any business
what so ever.
The injunction is a direct result of complaints from consumers and apparent violations of the stipulations stemming from Operation MouseTrap.
Anyone who has had dealings with Julian Gumpel should call one of the following numbers as the old number to PTI has been changed:
1-616-940-2709(new PTI)
you can also call 1-616-940-1190 and ask for Rochelle. Rochelle is a para-legal for the law office of Stenger & Stenger. They are the firm that is in Receivership of all of PTI's assests. They will take your name and email address and send you information on the current situation.
A hearing will be held in Federal Court(Eastern District) on 13 March 2007, at which time the Court will decide if the suit filed by the FTC is to be upheld.

new information for all interested. you can go to inventconnect.com, the old website for Julian Gumpel and read all the reports from the office of stenger and stenger filed to the US district court, makes for some interesting reading, especially to the assests of Julian and assests that he has lied about. He lied to the judge, I hope criminal charges are filed against him, he is an out right crook!!!!

The judge has upheld the injunction against Julian Gumpel and the five other members. The judge has made no ruling on money etc. It is my understanding that a ruling for money has not been made and it may take months before a ruling occurs. Contact the FTC and the people involved for more information. I do not know how much they will get if any at from the assests in recievership. I am not a legal expert and I am unaware of how the process goes, it I guess depends on what they get from the assests. Sorry I do not have more information.

Please e-mail if you have recieved any information on what we are to do about getting our money back. I am aware of the lawsuit and the attorney that you tols us about and new info would be great.
