A warning came up on my computer stating I have unsecured bank account and credit card numbers on my computer. They also said that those numbers could be accessed over the internet. I bought and set up my computer a couple of days ago. So I know that they are lying. They gave me a website ( http://yoursecurity.saidme.com ) to log on to. That site wanted $24.95 to send me their program to secure my files. I then went to a search engine and looked up Xerium Technologies. Their, one page, web site says their name and basicly nothing else.

I cannot believe that anyone would have the nerve to stick up for a company like Paycom. I think that Josh is one of those people that like to get hate mail because its the only form of attention he can get. I imagine if you sat down with the company and listened to their calls, you would get loads of callers who were upset. If someone was billing me for something that I did not use or accidentally came across, I would be upset too. I am sure that they are not going to let people that come in interested about their company know the scandalous things they do behind closed doors. That one is a no-brainer! My aunt had the same problem with this company; they charged her for something that she did not request. I think that it is ridiculous that a company can get away with making a living off of money that is not theirs, and they are not entitled too. Just for everyone's knowledge, Paycom has several other names: Billing Support Epoch Application Systems, Inc. Epoch Transaction Services, Inc. Hardcore Kingdom P.B. Magic Paycom.net Wide Net Unlimited Widenet Unlimited Xpress Web And I urge everyone here that has submitted a complaint to this website to submit a claim to the Better Business Bureau as well because they are a good member with them. www.bbb.com

This email is a rebuttal to RipOff #7108. It was sent by Josh Alexander at [email protected]. PAYCOM.NET, A BUNCH OF Rip-off b*****d C. . . s *Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal (#7108) They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Josh Alexander Their phone number: 800-847--7899 Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: Paycom is a company my organization actually studied, to see how a billing company works, we had the chance to sit in on most of their day to day calls. The thing I was most entertained with is how some customers who are probally bad mouthing this company on this site dont take responsability for their actions or their debts. This is a very proffesional company and is also a member of the better buissness bureau. They do not bill people for no reason, that is illeagal, how could they be in operation if they participated in wrong doings. Most of the customers who are complaining know they are the ones in the wrong. Be adults and be responsible ones people, yes blame bad companies when wrong but not when they give great customer service like Paycom, stop pointing fingers unless you are going to, point at yourself. The workers there should be commended for even having to deal with some of you in a proffesionall manner!!! I heard the calls. EDitor's Comment to the above REBUTTAL: Your a member of the BBB?
