I was sent multiple letters saying I had to send in money. The first one was 9.95. The second one was 11.95. The last one was 20$. They said if I send in the money that I would receive a check for $3,900,000 ending all my financial problems. .. Weeks before that I had received a phone call an they asked me what I would do with the money i won. And how would I like to receive it. They caused alto of distress an emotional pain on me an my family. I thought this was going to be a way out for me an my kids but instead they got my hopes up.
