I previously bought Office 2010 from them, which worked for the full 3 downloads. Later, purchased Professional Plus 2010 which has an invalid product key. I have been unable to get a response from them by chat (always goes to a message), phone (always says it's busy) or email (their own email box from their site does not work, and emails from my personal email go unanswered).

This is clearly FRAUD!!!

I also read that the keys that do work are illegally obtained. Why hasn't Microsoft shut them down???

I just filed a new report related to this one.  I don't know if they can cross reference any of the reports because the same "ring" reappears doing the same thing under different names.  Unfortunely those without the traning or experience to search in a variety of "phrasings" on't come out with the same info.

So...PLEASE also search under FUTURE NETWORK SOLUTIONS, PB Distribution, VIP SOLUTIONS (not "online"-which is a legit company)

As of May 10, 2014 they are located in Tampa Florida, but I have seen references to them in South Carolina and Chicago.

As a rule they have been using GMAIL for their email accounts.

And they had more than once used http://www.3dcart.com/shopping-cart-software/ company to create and maintain their fraud pages.  That com pany also happens to be in Florida...and I would be suspicious of ANY store associated with them.  It seems to me they aren't too particular about providing web services to people that had sites previously closed down for fraud.  If THEY are just being naive...then they need to start protecting their business reputation or legit companies won't want to associate with them.

Anyway...this is the first time I got taken.  I usually am pretty good at background checking places and avoiding the scammers.  All I can say was that I had a lot of pressure on just previous to this and a stomach flu about to hit...so my normal guards were probably weaker then they ought be under normal conditions.

I don't know why I didn't ever see this "response" from the "owner of the company" but I'm here to tell you that I did not receive a phone call, email, or any response of any kind from the company, nor did I apologize for leaving negative feedback. I long ago gave this up as a dead horse. I tried multiple times and for many, many months to get a response, to which I got nothing. So no, I did not get it resolved, they still have my hundred bucks, and I had to purchase another version of the product from another retailer - a reputable one, this time. I can't believe they had the gall to come on here and say the things they did! Or rather I should say lie the lies they did. Never even heard of you, "Rebecca Reagan". Satisfied, my butt!

Hello, Rebecca.  I would like you to give me a phone number to contact you directly if you are as willing as you stated in your respone to geekgirl's report.  I bought Microsoft Office 2010 from your website last year around April.  I got it downloaded, but failed to register it because the keycode provided by your website is invalid.  After excruciating attempts, by e-mail, chat, and phone(which the latter of the two do not work 90% of the time), I finally recieved an e-mail with a new order.

After downloading this order, to my great surprise(detect the sarcasm here?) that same thing happened.  Again I tried countless times to get a hold of someone in customer service, and again I was denied for weeks.  Finally, another new order, and another failed keycode.

Now, my computer is sitting here with an unlicensed copy of Microsoft Office 2010.  This has had extreme effects on my school work, as it is all online, and I use Microsoft Word for my papers.

If you did what you say, and satisfied geekgirl's complaint, I would certainly like to speak with you and get this settled, though I highly doubt that is the case.  After doing some extensive research, it seems that no one who has ever bought anything from your site is content with the products or service provided.

Here is my contact info just in case you want to justify your fradulant actions:

I'll believe it when I see a rebuttal that states "update by author."
