Hello, i am a former employee of pccellular also known as boost mobile in southeast usa pensecola-tallahasse aswell as lower alabama.
The owner of this company has been ripping off sprint and customers by, durring promotions when customers would finance a phone that was suppose to be discounted or first month free he would make us charge them full price on financing earning double the.money for himself.
Also he has attempted to get the employees to scam customers promting them woth houw would you like to take the money ypu were gonna pay your bill with and get a new phone and a few.months of service, and doing so he had us run multipul customers credit and finance them without explaining or notifing the customer they were being financed.
He had also been making employees lie about the financing and "same as cash period". Overall they guy is shady he will do anything to make money. Bewarned giinto boost mobiles in the florida panhandle-south alabama and keep your guard up and expect them to try to scam you.w
