PCI Auction - Ewing New Jersey PCI New York Shipped a $4000 dough depositor without the critical dies and templates to operate the machine. Refused to accept a return or ship the missing parts. Ewing New Jersey
This is an internet auction - PCI Auctions. I did my due diligence before I bid on a commercial dough depositor machine and was assured the machine was complete and in good working order when removed from the business by PCI auction. I always review for complaints or issues before bidding on any equipment online. There was a complaint from another customer who had paid $3000 for a machine and when received it had no motor. The answer from PCI was this auction is "as-is" with no guarantee.
For that reason I contacted PCI auction in Ewing New Jersey and requested clarification before bidding. I also verified that the machine was in good working order and there were no issues with the machine. When I received the machine there were no dies or templates shipped with the machine. These are critical parts for the machine to extrude the dough. I was told the templates were not available and have had no help obtaining templates or dies since the machine is no longer serviced by the manufacturer.
I would not recommend bidding on any equipment from PCI in Ewing New Jersey.
