PCRUSH.COM RIPOFF SHIPS DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND HIDES BEHIND MFGS TECH SUPPORT CULVER CITY California
I purchased a refurbished HP 7550 Photosmart printer from the rip-off artists PCRUSH.COM... I shold have known from the looks of the box it was shipped in that it would be damaged...the thing came out of the box damaged.. it did not work.... when I called them the sent me to their web page where they have a totally unacceptable return policy.. I certainly dont recall them mentioning their horrendous return policy when they sold me the thing.. I had to spend 3 hours on the phone with HP to get them to accept that the thing was broken. Thea told me to return it to the seller but I couldnt unless HP deemed the item damaged.
apparently their idea of a refurbished item is to ship it to you broken, then let you go send it out for mfg warranty repairs...
It cost me additional shipping costs and have to ship it to them and wait for weeks for it to be returned
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDELENT COMPANY
