Purchased a used car from a pushy salesmen the car breaks down the very next day. Told them we were not satisfied with car after 24 hours they said bring it in we will trade it. They did this for 2 weekends kept making reasons they couldn't trade with particular cars we were interested in. Nothing started to make sense so we went to a different dealership and traded the car with ease. We had gap on the vehicle and was told to go to Pearson and fill out paperwork as we would be able to get a refund. We went to Pearson and filled paperwork they made copies of our new purchased vehicle. We did not receive a refund within the first 8-10 weeks they stated. Now they are stating they do not have recollection of us coming in and do not have any paperwork in regards to this. They are very crooked and never in the history of buying cars I have ever experienced anything like this and I have had a lot of car buying experiences. 

For anyone looking for a car they would not be a great place they do not listen to what your needs or wants are just trying to figure how to push you in a car that is not right for you. Their paperwork is never straight. After we attempted to trade the car. I received an e-mail stating I no longer own the car that I was trying to trade in. Will never buy from them again..

Now I have to go fight for the refund that is due to me...on a car I owned less than 3 months.
