Pennington Consulting Group LLC, I Never Received My First Commission Check Rogers Arkansas
My name is Katy Arnold I worked for Pennington Consulting Group for one month. I signed a fast funding specialist agreement on May 4, 2015. The agreement was electronically. Jason Pearson and Brian Otieno are SCAM artists I was told by Jason Pearson that after the business loans were closed in three weeks I would get paid. It's been five day and I haven't received my first commission check as promise from Jason Pearson. I spoke with Jason today. What Jason likes to do is hire sales reps and make them feel like they are apart of the team at Pennington Consulting Group laughing and making jokes. When he started laughing all the time everytime I should have just hang up the phone. He would make comment like if your check doesn't come friday shoot the mail carrier and start laughing again and again! THAT SHOULD HAD BEEN A RED FLAG FOR ME. THIS COMPANY NEVER! PAYS THEIR SALES REPRESENTATIVES. I NEVER WORK FROM HOME DOING A ONLINE JOB UNLESS I DO MY DUE DILIGENCE FIRST.

This whole complaint is erroneous. The Commission check went in mail after we veried the address and re-sent it the same week. Once in the USPS mail service it is in there hands and they don't just deliver accross the country from the midwest to California in 3 days regular mail. We explained this to Katy Arnold but she was highly irritable this day.
As far as Jason, he is always in a happy mood and loves to laugh. It is just his personality. The point he was making is once in the mail service hands don't get mad at us.
Katy Arnold wanted us to give her an exact date after the check was mailed on Tuesday when it would be there. We stated maybe 3 days. But we can't control it because it is not in our hands.
Katy Arnold takes that statement and says it has to be here on Friday and it is our fault if it isn't. Simply put you can get mad at the US Postal mailman if it is not there in 3 days not us. And this was a simple joke in the matter but true also.
Needless to say she got paid just like we pay all of the independent contractors that work for us every single week. The people the work for us love what we do and their job everyday. Referral partners love us too.
Why?
Because we actually get clients funding. And on average 6-10 times more then if the client were to go and try and get it themselves through another company or bank.
Second because we pay well and weekly.
We have proof also from our bank that she cashed the check also complete with her signature endorsement on the back of the check.

I just want to updated to let everyone know that I did indeed receive my first commission check from Penningtion Consulting Group. I called the bank to verify funds and the check was good to go. I will NOT!!!! make anymore compliants against Pennington Consulting Group LLC.
