thank goodness for the internet. My roommate received a letter stating that he had a $5,000 credit limit and this was not a maybe.

Congratulations, you are guaranteed approval for a platinum credit first premium card with a credit line of $5,000 this is not a maybe. We have already reserved a card in your name.

To receive your new platinum card please sign and male this guaranteed acceptance certificate and include your one time only $45 membership fee.

Your platinum Card and will be sent to you. Complete details for your membership will be included with your new platinum card. At that point a red light went off.

of course this with only a portion of the letter glorify in such a credit-card. My first thought was a merchandise store.

Upon reading the rest of the letter their nothing on it indicating that it was a merchandise credit card catalog etc. platinum credit-card and it stated nothing about in store use only.

when my friend asked me about it I immediately went to the Internet to do research ON THIS company. I was somewhat surprised to find all these people that had given their hard-earned money to receive a promise from this company my first reply was to turn the paper over and exact expect to see details on interest rates after 12 months where on the front of the paper it states.

Yes Send my new platinum card I understand that my approval is guaranteed with a $5,000 credit limit and a 12 month 0% a. P. R. . Etc. After 12 months period 0% are will be charged at prime plus, or approximately 14.49%.

I kept turning the paper over even knowing there was nothing on the back thinking I guess something was going to magically appear. lol

If it sounds too good to be true this is one of the greatest instances of that phrase.

if it sounds too good to be true then it probably isn't.

And again thank goodness for the internet

sincerely,

Michael

Houston Texas.

There should be federal charges against every letter that has gone out by the U.S. mail, and Internet. these people sound a lot like employees of Enron. how could they even participate mailing out letter knowing that it's a scam is got to be. with so many victims.U.S. government attorney general should step in immediately. if they have not already

I can visualize a class action suit beginning SO many people deserve restitution. and America if services are not rendered we should have a recourse of Justice.

Of course that's just my opinion. a long w/ hundreds of other people. good luck to everyone on an needed satisfactory refund.

MIKE
