Told to an agent 1/17/18 about getting insurance. Was told this was through the National Healthcare Registration. Was told I had 30 days to cancel this policy CHP9068370. Was given the name Lorisa Malecki was told the license no of LHS1738. I was then given this number twice for her and to be able to call in an cancel 855-217-3780. I called this number back on 2/17/18 at 2:58 pm and talked with Chris who I was told cancel out my medical. RX,Dental,Vision I was given a number 35Gjck0m. I was told everything was cancel and he inquired to why I cancel my medical and I told him I had Kaiser. He kept asking me about how I got Kaiser was I sure and I told him yes I wanted to cancel! I have been in the hospital 4 times since February and have had my daughters helping out with my bills and they didn’t Thank anything about this amount because I had gotten a secondary insurance policy through United care and they thought this was it.

The pun getting out of the hospital as I was balancing my checkbook it wasn’t adding up and I noticed that perennial was still taking money out of my account of 189.95 After I canceled my policy. I called the same number as I did before above and was asking them why they had canceled everything out and they transferred me to another lady named Sandy today. She was very nice and was going to take up a complaint but she kept saying she didn’t know if the number I had been calling. This was the only number I was ever given out by this agent group to even call and report in so I’m a little shocked how nothing got canceled when they told me it was I am livid that I’m still being charge for insurance that I have canceled back in February I have reported it to Sandy and now I’m reporting it to you 888-633-5085. Sandy took my information on a recording which brought me back to the day that I actually signed up for this insurance she recorded me the same way that when I have initially purchased it and was told that I had 30 days to cancel. They’re saying now that they may only be able to give me the last month when I actually canceled this in February I want to report this company because I think it’s a scam and I think if somebody gives you a number to call and is reported she could call that number herself and find out when I canceled it and I should be receiving a credit for all my money. Even though Sandy was nice I would avoid either one of these insurance companies there a scam!!! I’m almost at $1000 because of these people and their scam!!!
