Perennial Care UCA Auto renewal (2018) Mount Shasta California
First, I am dissappointed in www.healthcare.gov, because they directed my call to these people. This company is not a insurance health coverage company per say. They are, what they call themselves a healthcare broker. What they do is offer, what you believe is cheap healthcare coverage. All, you do is pay a premeium for a plan that is not covered by your health provider. If, you choose to get a medical procedure done, you agree to pay the bill to your healh provider.Once, you get the bill from your health prvoder, you can submit it to Perennial Care UCA.
They will determine what percentage, they will pay or pay not at all(reason being, the procedure is not covered for reimbursement) and you are left with paying the remainder of the bill or the full amount to your health provider. If, it is an emergency....I have no idea, how it work and the percentages, they will pay for or not. Secondly, after trying to use them at my health providers office and finding out, they will not accept this form of coverage. I was continually, billed from them(Perennial Care UCA) and recieved no explaintion from them on what they covered and what they did not.
I recieved, other healthcare from the VA and did not use Perennial Care UCA. I then cancelled my payment to them after finding out. They will auto renew your payments into the next physical year and charge you addition $15.00 to cancel. In am still waiting to see, if they are going to keep billing my credit card...Please do not get this type of coverage for yourself and family. It is a ripoff and you will regret ever signing up for these plans. I wish, the www.healthcare.gov, would have never transferred me to this company.
