The History of Perfect4U

Heres how Robert Fitzpatricks scam works: As you can see from the list below, he has been selling the Perfect4u fraud for years using different names. . The operation is always the same. The promise of a closed user group discounts, using pyramid selling. Then the company will either go bust, or be closed down and everyone will be owed commissions. He will claim victim status and say he cant payout. This includes hotels, travel agents, security, printers, web designers etc Any money that is left in the accounts (if not frozen) he will spend on lawyers As far as he is concerned, its heads I win tails you loose! Any problems during the running of the business he will blame on the small group of yes men goons that he surrounds himself with, or the last person that left the deal. After a short while he will have changed company name and opened up in a different part of the world

The above has taken only a couple of hours open source internet searching. There must be dozens more horror stories regarding Fitzpatrick, Singh and the history of Perfect4U.

In all of the above blogs the same lies are used to defend the company I am a lawyer who has just joined is a favorite, in order to try and add some false credability.

Money laundering and other charges still hang over Fitzpatrick, by The Scorpians Crime Unit in South Africa and Singh is also wanted for questioning by the police in Botswana

Fitzpatrick will do a hit and run with your money when Perfect4U is either closed down by the authorities, it crashes or is deliberatly bounced by him.

Please take the time to read all of the above before deciding to have anything to do with Robert Fitzpatrick, George Singh (and alaises) their cronies and Perfect4U !!!!!

To Whom It May Concern:

I was shocked to see my name and face on the Rip Off Report as our company XPACS was a 3rd party providing concierge services to Perfect 4 U and One Vision.  Beyond that we have no affiliation with either of those companies.

Futhermore, we actually were not paid for services we had rendered to those companies clients which actually is why we terminated the relationship.

Hi All, you all need to look at a Scott Graham of xpac xtreme personal assistant concierge services they provide the services to all perfect4u and one vision members in the usa. xpacs also run a company called world class concierge a pyramid network they also have my personal assistant that is provided by another company.

www.goxpacs.com

www.xpacselite.com

Scott Graham is involved heavily in the usa operations of perfect4u and one vision and members and you will a card on the site with Jason Shannon who ran perfect 4u and one vision meetings in the usa who also stole money from the company. Scott Graham and his cronies at xpacs stole money from one vision and its members.

So to all the members in usa and canada you get your money's worth and then do not do business with these fraudsters as they are just out to take your money.

My notes will be very short here, Since I consider my time very valuable! I find it as an obligation to to respond to this report. First of all, I'm an independent contractor, not a a salaried employee I live in the US not in UK. Sometimes people tried many businesses and failed just and they keep trying. At least Robert didn't give up or hope. Donald trump filed bankruptcy before now he's back on his feet! My experience so far with this company that I've been part of less than 3 months. I use the service everyday I save 100's of dollards so far and the concierge service save me countless hours of my busy day. When it comes to the referral program, I've already made 1000's of dollars. I'm surprise myself. That was quick Why is the company legitimate? It keeps its promises, it really over delivers and i checked it's registration on the US, I didn't hire a lawyer and I don't think I need to. I made my decision and took my own risk. By the 3rd week in the business, I already recruted the $3000 membership fees that I spent If you need a full detail on how I utilize my membership and how I maximize my profit in such a short period of time or you want to see proof of my income contact me directly at [email protected] That's it for today See you at the top!

Perfect4U and One-Vision lack of evidence to warrent Scam in North America

#5UPDATE Employee

I classified my situation as an employee however the real designation would be representantive member of the corporation. I have done due diligence on this company following the fears and insecurities I had with respect to what I was reading about it (your posts included). Since my last report, I have spoken with top officials and I stand relieved to inform you that this company is NOT a SCAM here in North America! Yes, you heard it right, it is a completely legitimate business functioning in total legality here in Canada and the USA so to judge it as a scam is not sustainable on a legal front. There is NOTHING wrong with this company legaly and everything is totally legitimate and extremely trustworthy as it stands today. No, I have not been brain washed into telling you this. The services are real, the advantages are real and the management professionals are just that, professionals! The company is undergoing a bad wrap, due to illegal activities that have been done to it by very fraudulent people in the past. They are recovering from this bad wrap by offering even more value to their customers and growing the business with a keen eye on wrong doers. All the negative publicity that you have been reading about this corporation is all in direct relation with the actions of "gone Bad" Managers who have given this concept the unfair judgment that it has received over the years. The truth is that when large amounts of money are involved, certain people take the law into their own hands and destroy good will. I have researched it to the bone and like I said, I have spoken with top officials about it and all stand in favor of ONE-VISION and PERFECT4U as being completely legal and not at all fraudulent in their activities. You may rest assured that there is no SCAM with this corporation and all may gain by joining into their ranks. I am pleased to have done my due diligence and have been well informed and very pleasantly surprised I must add, in looking deeper within their corporate affaires at a professional level. The reassurance I needed was obtained by very high sources, and I am glad to have asked questions since I can now be an active part of this group and company without fearing the dismantlement of it or fraudulent nature as so many websites tend to paint it out to be. The reason for the high energy sessions and sect type (almost religious) marketing is simply a way of getting people to enjoy the company as many high energy marketing companies already do here in North America. We can think of quite a few we all know. My witch hunting is over and I endorse this company totally now that I have been given the proper answers to my questions and fears. I think everyone stands to gain in coming to a presentation and seeing with their own eyes what One-Vision is all about. I rest my case and may the good Lord bless all who visit them. If you live in North America and would like more information or if you would like to attend a presentation, you may contact me at ; [email protected] I will gladly answer your questions or arrange for you to attend a presentation. Thats rick_d22 followed by (at) hotmail which is a dot com site. There is nothing like being there, seeing with your own eyes and making your own educated decisions. I have seen and was skeptical at first like many others. I read all kinds of stuff on the company and called out for help in busting it! Well, what I got was the complete opposite to Busting it! I found out that it was for real, and so can you! This site won't allow links therefore I will give you my email section by section. omit parentheses Start with (rick_) now add (d22) then add @ and the final (hotmail).com I hope this time it will works and that you don't see (((ROR Radicated ))) in these spots. Perfect4U and One-Vision Fraud Alert Update #2 As previously mentioned, my ongoing efforts in shedding light upon this company has brought me to rule out a lot of negative rhetoric aimed against it by and from many different sources. I would like to share my findings with you in order to give you some insight from within the company itself. I am very objective regardless of the fact that I am an active member within the corporation. I won't say that I am in complete agreement with the way they do their training, nonetheless, I must admit to the fact that it works. It is a shift in my understanding of effective teaching and transcendent learning insomuch that the high energy tactics' as you might call them are in no way different than those used in personal development seminars ranging in price between $5 000 to $10 000 dollars a pop. Most people, (myself included) have a tendency to let things go the way they go and for the building of a successful business, that is just not the way to reach higher levels of prosperity and grow a business, however Action learning is. By pulling out the go-getter in all of us, they bring us into a new way of doing things which actually produces outstanding results. For the person who has an open mind and who is teachable, success is inevitable. To the newbie, this can be interpreted as scare tactics, religious type brainwashing, pressure selling and all sorts of different ways yet the end results are formidable. Not only will it insure your success but it will also make you a happier person in the aftermath. I have yet to find what is actually not right with this company. I don't see how a business such as this could be wrong. The value you get with membership outweighs anything I've ever seen before. I would suggest that a thorough investigation be conducted in and around the corporation by government officials and that it be published to positively rule out the bad wrap this company is getting. As far as we know, there is no illegal conduct or fraud alert with Perfect4U and One-Vision. Those who see fraud in it must come forward with authenticated proof that a crime is being committed because as it stands to date, it is irreproachable. Furthermore, in Canada and the USA, there are severe laws that have been set to eradicate fraudulent activity and punish the perpetrators of any such fraudulent activities. To those who wish to ban this company, I would have to say bring out the facts and proof that a crime is being committed here. The facts are that this company is perfectly legal in North America and that it is growing at an astounding rate. Hundreds of new members are joining it every week and it is exponentiating wildly. If the government was in any way concerned about it being a fraud, wouldn't they have shut it down by now? I personally do not see the signs of fraud here and I have yet to see any solid evidence to the effect that it is a fraud. If the founders were in any way criminals, they would already be behind bars, therefore there is more evidence to the fact that it is a legitimate business than there is to the contrary. If you have doubts, do like I did and get information directly from the government sources. You will learn that all is in perfect order and all is legitimately legal and in good standing. The company does not qualify as being a pyramid nor does it have the fraud stamps that real frauds do have. When making an objective observation of this corporation, there are no signals to warrant the possibility of fraud in any way. I hope this has been helpful to you in your search for more information on Perfect4U and One-Vision.
