Perinnial Care Insurance UCA Chubb Ripped me off for 3824.45 NY NY
I was searching for insurance under the Affordable Care Act. I reached a site and put my info in. I was contacted by these jokers. It was high pressure repetitive crap. I finnaly agreed to be charged in order to recieve info being assured that I could cancel after reviewing the materials with a full refund. After recieving the materials I realized it was not insurance and called to cancel before the so called policy went into effect. I was never refunded. I signed up and cancelled in October 2017. I was not billed in November and assumed that the insurance had been cancelled. They then resumed billing in December and have been billing me every month since. I have not noticed this on reconcilling my account until now and only now because they overdrew my account causing me to do a deeper audit. We got my wife and son on Affordable CAre Act insurance. I have had private insurance for 20+ years. This should not be being charged.
