I ordered a blanket for my son for Christmas.  The dimensions of the blanket are stated on the website but there is a picture shown and it is misleading.  I thought the blanket would be bigger than it is.  I should have measured the dimensions that were actually given - that part is on me.  But this blanket costs about $45 with shipping charges, and I was amazed when it arrived at my office.  Its so thin and cheap, it is embarrassing.  It is also too small to use for anything I can think of - it is too small for the dog as well.  I don't think I can give it as a gift - its simply too cheap.  I called customer service at the website and that was where things really went south.  The Customer Service Rep mocked me, taunted me, laughed at me, and then hung up on me.  I called back, got a different person and asked for a supervisor.  I was given to "Jean" - whom I believe to be the owner, and got her voice mail.  Bottom line - this company is not standing by their products.  I feel that this product is not what I expected, what anyone would expect.  It is cheap, thin, small and was over priced.  Customer service is not designed to help customers, and based on other reviews I have read, you shouldn't expect any help.  Bottom line - just don't do business with them.  There have to be alot of companies who personalize items and I'm sure you can find one that actually customizes high quality products and then stands by what they sell.  That's not happening here.
