Petals 6 months still NO refund! ripoff Miami Lakes, Florida
Purchased floral arrangement in March.
Returned arrangement (with approval from Petals) within a few days.
MANY phones made to Petals. Petals kept telling me they were "behind" at the warehouse.
Mailed (by certified mail) all documention, along with the name of Petal's employee who SIGNED for the returned item, to Petals.
Was informed with last phone call at the end of June, that a credit would be issued within a few days.
It has now been 6 months and still no refund. As stated by another report on this site, conveniently all the Petals phone numbers now go to a recording saying to contact them through their website. well, I have done so MANY, MANY times and they do NOT reply to their emails.
This company is a total fraud. It needs to be addressed by appropriate legal departments.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use the catalog or online company of Petals. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. TOTAL SCAM!
