Petals cashed my check but I still have not received merchandise after 4 months. ripoff! Tarrytown New York
Petals sells silk flowers and Home Accessories. On 4/17/03 I ordered from their catalog a floral table arrangement with promised delivery within 10 days.
I never recieved the arrangement, so I called my bank and my check had been cashed. I called the company and sat on the phone for 1/2 an hour to find out what was going on. They told me they don't have my order on record, then they said it was on back order until July 13th. That date has come and gone. I still have yet to receive one letter or phone call telling me that the product was on back order.
I have already paid for a product that is now four months old and still have not received it. By the time I hear anything from the company my living room colors will probably change and the product will be useless. I tried to call customer service and you wait on the line for 10 minutes then a recorded message comes on saying they are closed. However if you call and select to order something they can put you right through and there is someone available. This company has horrible customer service and should give me the product I purchased or return my money.
