If you haven't by now, you might review my breakdown. I have the only comprehensive report here on Petals which has a happy ending: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/281/RipOff0281797.htm Lovely of them to set up a Catch-22 between online and voice contact methods. It's another Summer of Silence like last year. I would try reaching them at Connecticut HQ, and keep trying until a human answers, which admittedly could take months. Also talk to your credit issuer about a chargeback. This will be difficult now that you're past the usual 60 day dispute window, but if they're feeling friendly and can see a copy of your UPS notice they may decide to bend the rule in your favor. I also tried the limp wrist that is BBB, filing a blistering complaint via their Connecticut chapter. Petals simply ignored it, and they'll ignore you too. This case may qualify for a mail fraud charge, though the most I got from filing mine was an unhelpful postcard of handy anti-fraud trips. Oh, swell. I never found out if the state A.G. could hurry things; perhaps you could. Plenty of the publicized complaints against Petals concern its torpid response to refund claims, so at least you're not alone.
