Sadly, they must be gainfully employed with too many other matters to contact me and I must have missed the knock on my door of the "arresting" officer.  Oh, sorry I didn't respond to your call last night (10:00pm, Sept 5, 2019) but I truly did not wish to wake my dog...she's quite old and needs her beauty rest. Please read my previous rebuttals to Mr. Natoli's nonsense.  His distortions would be humorous if he wasn't so adamant in attempting to show me the villian when in fact he initiated all of his own problems attempting to pass Replica/Fake name-brand merchandise off as the real-deal via Craigslist ADs.  He also initiated each and every phone call with screaming obscenities, threats of legal action and profane name calling.

1)  Be aware I have never contacted Mr. Natoli - he initiated each and every call to me.

2)  I am retired.  I do not own a company and am not employed by anyone.

3)  After stopping all of his harassing phone calls which began Jan 27, 2018 and ended shortly after, he attempted again on Wed, Sept 4, 2019.  Same old screaming nonsense.  Go to "Ripoffreport.com" and key in his name = "Peter J. To all concerned:  I do not personally know and have never contacted Mr. Natoli.  In every instance, he initiated the phone call to me and not the other way round.  I collect and restore mechanical pocket watches.  I also provide free professonal appraisals for anyone wishing to know the history of their timepiece.

My first encounter with this person was his hysterical call to me on Jan 27, 2018, screaming obscenities/profanities at me for questioning his Craigslist AD - which, by the way, was not printed in the manner in which he is attempting to characterize it now.  He posted so-called "Swiss Made Rolex Watches" which were portrayed in a manner to indicate they were actual swiss-made items.  I took the time to print out his ad with pictures and contact knowledgable people to determine Rolex did not and does not make the models he was advertising. 

After serveral attempts to chastise me (which I simply hung up each time) he would call back.  At one point, he actually calmed down enough to ask specifically why I was challenging his AD and I very calmly explained why and told him he could avoid all problems by simply deleting the AD or rewording it to indicate the watches were 'replicas' and not true Rolex-made items. 

Attempting to sell "Replica" or "Fake" brand-name merchandise as items from a legitimate manufacturer violates International as well as United States Copyright laws.  It goes without saying he didn't accept this and contined to harass me with phone calls, but eventually grew weary of the hangups and stopped.  I then filed a FRAUD report here on "Ripoff Report" due specifically to his unacceptable, profane, harrassing phone calls. 

Yesterday, Sept 5,2019, he called me again (after all this time!) to begin yet again with his harrassment shouting "I'm recording these calls" "I've reported you to the Scottsdaled Police who will be arresting you for all your lies"  So I hung up again and he tried twice more before giving up. 

Mr. Natoli has earned 3 or 4 more RIPOFF REPORT cases due to his defrauding others which anyone may read about by going to "Ripoffreport.com" and typing in his name = Peter J. Natili and you may read of his misadventures yourself.  My. Natoli needs medical assistance or has forgotten to take his meds.  Have a nice day.  

Just another follow up from this person his name is John C Hudson from sierra vista  with a 623 326 0539 phone number. sierra vista is an area code  520   probably a cell number.no idea why you would harras me lie on this site to promote what your a bully.

ON 1-27-2018 OVER A YEARD AND A HALF AGO John did text me i just found the message on my phone with his phone number  623 326-0539  he states he wants the companys names who provided me these watches this is when i called him no texts from me and told him sir i bought them at a garage sale they are really nice all working your welcomed to view them if you like,
