Pets Best Insurance NOT YOUR BEST PET INSURANCE! Boise, Idaho
It's a pet insurance company. Don't choose this company for your beloved pet. We filed a claim and they kept requesting more information over and over again. They went through a policy with a fine-tooth comb, trying to find a reason not to pay us the claim. At the end they said, we didn't meet our deductable.I would not recommend!

Hi Mark, our policyholders can choose from a variety of deductibles when selecting their plans, and we strive to be transparent when it comes to policy exclusions. It sounds like your claim was covered and applied to your deductible. Having deductibles and co-pays helps to make pet insurance premiums more affordable.
We also list Whats Not Covered on our website, and the same can also be accessed through your Customer Account on our website.
