ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES, NEED TO CHECK THE RECORDED DOCUMENTS.
FRAUD - FRAUD - FRAUD!!!
THE LOAN MODIFICATION THAT I SIGNED, IS NOT THE DOCUMENT THAT WAS RECORDED. PHH CHANGED THE NAME OF THE BANK AND ADDED OTHER VERBIAGES, INCLUDING DATES AND NOTARY INFO. THERE ARE OTHER DOCUMENTS RECORDED THAT I KNOW ARE FRAUD TOO.
PRIOR TO THE LOAN MODIFICATION, I WENT TO THE ATTORNEYS WHO HANDLE THEIR FORECLOSURES. I HANDED THEM A CASHIERS CHECK WHICH WOULD HAVE BROUGHT ME CURRENT. THEY REFUSED MY MONEY AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NOTE STATING THAT I WAS THERE TO PAY THEM...
I HAD TO DIAL "911" TO GET THEM OFF OF THEIR BUTTS TO GIVE ME THIS LETTER!! A YEAR LATER, 2009 -I AM STILL FIGHTING WITH THEM... THEY MISCALCULATED MY PAYMENTS AND INSTIGATED THE FORECLOSING PROCESS....
WAITING FOR THE FBI, STATE OF MICHIGAN OR THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE TO INVESTIGATE THEM...
PEOPLE- THERE IS SOMETHING GOING ON WITH THESE BANKS....

was packaging and selling MORTGAGES to investors all over the world. He said that they were selling 'D' & 'D-' paper to these investors, but labeling them as 'A' & 'A-' paper. In short, they were DECEIVING the investors, just like Countrywide was allegedly doing. You can 'Google' this- COUNTRYWIDE WHISTLEBLOWER REPORTS LIAR LOANS, and watch it on the web.
Believe it or not, the same thing was taking place in the car business too. You can 'Google' this- CAR SALES: TRICKS OF THE TRADE- CONSUMER ALERT, and watch it on the web.
The retired banker who told me about what Lehman was allegedly doing spent the earlier part of his life growing-up in Eastern Africa. He told me his father was stationed in Mogadishu. His father worked for the CIA. He even showed me pictures of the two cheetahs that were on the compound where he was living. That's right! Two cheetahs were living on the compound with him.
I believe that you should send all of your info to the FBI. He said that there are a lot of good people working at the FBI. It's too bad that many of the bankers in the USA are greedy & corrupt, huh?
