Phil Heggie lied about refinancing Osterville Massachusetts
Phil,comes off very charming,sincere.. and extremely helpful and trusting..
He has a way of getting you to trust,and believe what he is doing is OKAY..
Your first mistake is allowing him to trust him..
He has had to move around quite abit,from town to town,state to state..
house to house,lady to lady,,in order to get ahead,and OVER on you..
He has even fooled people in business with his charming ways..
He is now capitalizing on the foreclosure mess,he himself was part of..
This person along with his female partner have been in shady dealings for many many years..Her name is Cynthia Mantalos..A little bit of google search,and a bit more online searches including Barnstable Registry of Deeds Searches may shed some light...
And we wonder why the system is so screwed up..They own alot of people
not only an apology for all the lies,but also money for ripping them off!!!!
