Phil Heggie - julian heggie - cynthia mantalos trashed house and owed rent osterville, Massachusetts
Mr. Heggie entered into a rental agreement with me for a property in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts. He was habitually late with his rent and had an excuse each month.
He had a woman living with him, Cynthia Mantalos who is a known dog hoarder. I had the dog officers involved and the final count was 13 dogs in my home. The dogs were stacked in crates in 2 of the bedrooms. The dogs were allowed to used the carpet as a bathroom. All the walls were ruined and the house was left infested with fleas.
The man has a talent for getting himself out of situations - do not believe a thing he says. I have a court judgement against him and he filed for bankruptcy within 2 weeks of the judgement.
Do Not Trust This Man. Had I done a little internet research I never would have rented to him. He lies and will cheat you out of any money he owes you.
