Philadelphia Police Blue Wall of Silence abused & mistreated Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I opened the website so that the Good honest police in Phila have a place to vent, without fear of IAD. I feel the police at the 15th are being Set-Up, Falsely accused, Framed-up and Railroaded by the top. Below is a report I filed in 1999 on a reporting site for police abuse. I have deleted names to protect the guility!

Description of incident: I was raped after P/O put a drug in my soda..I was threated by this Officer! P/O Stalked and Harassed my children and myself.
I fied a complaint with IAD (9-96), after I filed P/O Lochner attempted to hit my with a Police car #1517 tag 44586-mg..He sent his friends to harass my children and my self. He slapped his hand-cuffs on my daughter (6ys). P/O Lochner took my son out of school to faslely accuse him of a crime.
I was Railroaded after I tried to obtain a order on this Officer.. His cross/complaint is Forged and Fake..I had a order slapped on me. I was falsely accused of harassment and stalking P/O .
I filed a appeal, but was force to drop it due to a .22 bullet beening shot at my dog..I lost my job when IAD entered my place of employment on Mock Charges. IAD harassed my manager for my time/card (no warrent).
The IAD Report is a TWISTED PACK OF LIES, with his friends (witnesses) that are lying. My statement was changed by IAD, in the final Rport to the Commissioner Office.
Crank phone calls and hate crimes from the friends (witnesses) of this officer. Crank Phone calls from this officer..Harassment is still a corrent problem.
I was BARGERED, FRAMED_UP. My witness was harassed by this officer friend, and stalked by P/O. After Ireceived the IAD Report I found a knife sticking out of my lawn.
My witness found a knife sticking out of her door, with a small fire burning below. I am losing my house due to the lose of income.
The police covered up and backed him up. FOP wanted to file charges against me for stalking and harassing police, I can prove the above 100% with Facts!

Phone: Fax: - ------------ This report is filed to undue the damage done to my good name via Burger King and Phila Police IAD. On or about Jan. 14, 1997 I was working at Burger King 6100 Frankford ave Phila Pa. I took the part time job to help pay my mortgage. I was working for 15 months without and problems. I never took a day off for being sick. And even worked with a fever of 101 because they were short handed. I had a Complaint on Police filed with the Phila Police from the same dist. I worked and lived in. On Jan 14,1997 a witness for the police officer I filed on was contacted by IAD to come in for a interview. Since she was a good friend of the officer and his witness she was stalking and harassing me to Drop the complaint against her friend. She didn't want to give a statement to IAD. So she filed a fake police report with IAD, that I wrote on her window in lipstick "Cop Loving w***e" On or about Jan 15, 1997 police IAD called my house and accused me of this crime. I stated I was in work at the time. Three IAD investigators entered Burger King and harassed and threaten my manager for my Timecard. The manager Mike Diggerness gave the IAD Lt my timecard and broke company policy. After that No police would buy food from the store. And their calls for police help were unanswered. On Feb. 13 I was working the PM shift in the diningroom. The officer I filed the CAP entered Burger King. We were told by his Sgt to stay away from each other. As he was standing in line, I noticed a gun inside his pant leg! I was in such fear I ran out of the store and banged on the back door. The manager on duty let me sit in her office. Since the cop didn not leave the store after 30 mins. I was told to go home! But she wanted my husband to confront the cop and have a fight. That didn't happen! I was Fired in April 1997, when I was ordered by Burger King managers to either drop the appeal on the Phila Police officer or be fired. I was harassed by the one manager both with name calling of Druggie..asked what kind of drugs I was doing. I NEVER did drugs, and can prove with that with blood test I have saved. I was burned by this manager "Kay" when he filled the sink with Hot water! Kay bumped into me and I fell against the broiler that had a open flame. I quit as he yelled your fired. I never sued since my children worked at the same BK and for the same owner Mr Novak. To date my employment history is mared with the Falsehoods of Police officer/ his female witness Cindy and IAD. The falsehood include stalking police, mental and drug user. I want my Name Cleared! I was forced to clean the restrooms without gloves to protect. Burger King manager Diggerness called me slurs to may face in 1999..when I asked that the harassing posts to a message board by his employees be stopped!
