Phillip Marigmen Handyman Stole My Money ripoff San Francisco California
Phillip Marigmen uses Craigs List to rip off vulnerable people. He took two checks without providing materials or labor as promised and appeared to enjoy lying about appointments he set up he never intended to make. Mr. Marigmen enjoyed the game and ripping me off of $300.

Philip Marigmen Ignored Sheriff at his Door to Serve Papers

I've been trying for two years to get Small Claims Court papers served on this handyman crook. I paid the Sheriff to serve the papers and he recorded that someone in the Marigmen house came to the door but refused to answer. Philip Marigmen is a crook who refuses to answer his door to be served papers for the money he owes for his criminal theft. He is living rent free on his mother's $600,000 home that is paid for in San Francisco. He is not a destitute person and seems to enjoy causing a lot of pain and suffering to his vicitms as if it's a game to him. I've uploaded the Sheriff's statement and witness that Marigmen deliberately avoids being served legal documents because he obviously has something to hide.
