Took my car to our mechanis to have regular service done on 8-5-2015. Said I needed to replace my ignition switch and to eirther call dealership or locksmith since it is computer chip and they do not do this type of work. I called Phillips Locksmith and it took from 8-5- until Wed, 8-10 for him to come out here.

He took apart the entire steering wheel and left it so he could order the part and ger it here. Told me he would be back lunch time 12:00 to put it in. I had an appointment so I left the house. He called me @ 12:00 and said he is done putting the part in so I left my appointment to come pay him. He told me to start my car, and it did not start. He assured me that he had done so 3 times and it started right up and then proceeded to tell me that it must be something else wrong with my car because his work was done and done right. He also reassured me that if for some reason the mechanic needs to contact him he could and he would help him with fixing my car.

I told him about taking the car and having everything check prior to this and everything was good, but he was wanting to hear that. He wanted his $325.00 and when I went to pay him with a card he refused it wanting cash. Did not have $325.00 on me so I said either check or credit card. He took check. Had to call tow truck same day to get it back to our mechanic. $100.00 more to do this.

Mechanis called us the following morning 8-13-15 and said ther is nothing wrong with starter, battery etc. Said they replaced the fuse and when they went to start car, it blew it indicating that something is not hooked up right from the ignition switch to car; relay switch is not hooked up. Wanted to call this Felipe @ Phillips Locksmith so he could either talk to him to help our mechanics through what he did or come up to where the car is to fix it. I called this locksmith and of course voicemail so left him message and mechanics name and #. Mechanis never heard from him. We called him several times very upset having to use voicemail every time and still no response.

I called the service # yesterday to report this to them and I am calling his supervisor today and filing a report with them as well. Sad thing about all this is he could go fix it or talk to our mechanic to let him know and all would be alright, but he is refusing to answer any of our calls. This man needs to have his license taken away from him if this its the type of work he does.

I called my bank yesterday 8-13 to see if the check had been casked because I was going to stop payment but he already cashed it same day of his shotty work. All I want is for him to  repay me for the work he did not do and for him not to be able to do this type of work again and rip another person off. His license # that he wrote on the invoice is PAF1695 and there is no address or his name is not on invoice just his number.
