Phillips Toyota leesburg Extended warranty fraud liars con artists Leesburg Florida
I bought a car from them and decided that I would get the extended warranty at the suggestion of the finance manager Tim, I purchased the warranty and he sent me the paperwork in the mail which was incorrect I asked for additional copies I was told that was good enough.
After months of paying for the warranty I get a notice from the warranty company itself which stated my tow service will be running out I call them and find out all the items he told me was covered under the plan none of them were Tim lied to me straightfaced but what do I expect from a car salesman.
The funny thing is when he was selling it to me and letting me know what was covered I pressed record on my cell phone
I will take this to the furthest level that I have to take it too, I called today and spoke to another Tim and he said he would look into it to for me however I'm not holding my breath at this point I'm going to call to cancel and take a legal action.
