I was looking for a product called Greenway Formula 7 Bed Bug and was directed to a booth at Crossroads mall that sold the product. I walked into a store that had a sign saying Got Bugs and asked if they were Greenway Formula 7. They said yes Greenway Formula 7 is no longer in business but we sell their product under new management and it's the exact same product. At the time I just thought ok well I was referred to this location not realizing Greenway Formula 7 was actually sold at a different booth at Crossroads Mall. So, as convincing as the girl at the desk was, I believe her name was Bailey, I went ahead and bought the bed bug product from her with a label of Phoenix Naturals. After leaving the store, the man I had originally talked to about the Greenway Formula 7 Bed Bug product called and asked if I had gotten the product and when I told him what had happened he informed me that Phoenix Naturals was actually impersonating the Greenway Formula 7 product and they had tried to copy the formulation with no success. So, instead of returning the Phoenix Naturals product, I decided to go ahead and try it. It did NOT work! I will NEVER buy another thing from those liars at Phoenix Naturals. It's really sad that people have to lie to get money from people. I will continue buying Greenway Formula 7 Products because they work. Just not wanting anyone else to be scammed by Phoenix Naturals claiming to be Greenway Formula 7 because they definitely are NOT.
