I DID RECEVIE A FULL REFUND FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I ALSO RECEVIED A CALL FROM THE OWNER. HE AGREED NOT TO DISPUTE MY CREDIT CARD CLAIM AND APPOLOGIZED FOR THE ANY FAILURES ON HIS PART. BOTTOM LINE - I AM SATISIFIED WITH THE END RESULT.
