Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions, Phoenix Hard Parts Biggest Rip-Off Ever! The Transmissions are not Remanufactured!If you purchase a transmission from them it will have the exact problem your current one has!!!! Phoenix Arizona
I purchased a transmission for my BMW from Frank Kuperman's company (Phoenix Remnaufactured) last year. Upon installation by BMW certified mechanics it had the exact same "no reverse" gear problem that my original transmission had. They had sent me a previous customers trash core with fresh paint on it. After contacting them, I was told to send the transmission back. I was already out the $1000 I paid to have it installed as well as the $2400 for the transmission. I could not afford to pay another $2000 to pull their crappy transmission out of my car and put another one in. I just continued to use it with no reverse gear up until now and it has recently started to make a horrible rumble noise in the drive gears. Although it is still under their warranty, I just decided not to deal with them. They got me and there is absolutely nothing I can do. If someone could please start a lawsuit against these criminals, I will happily join the case.

This company is horrible! They need shut down altogether by the Attorney Generals Office. Kuperman is conected with the BBB so the BBB won't do anything about them. You need to contact the Attorney General's office with your complaint.
