I was ripped of just like the rest of you, and I am very pissed off about it.
I was using Photopoint to store pictures of a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Ireland and now they are gone!!! Anyhow, I got the address to Photopoint.com from the Better Business Bureau (www.BBB.com) and I thought I would share.
I think if everyone who is upset about this should write them a letter and should file a complaint on BBB.com, because the BBB will contact them as well and maybe we can get something resolved. Good luck!
