Photopoint Scam - Where are my photos now? Ripoff!

So I get this E-mail saying I may loose my photo's If I do not sign up for their (photopoint) services. They get me to send in $20.00 membership fee then I cannot contact the sight the very next week! What's the deal? Where are my photos now??
