Complaint Review: Physic Eye Book Shop - Las Vegas Nevada

I'm writing this to inform the public to BEWARE of the company, PHYSIC EYE BOOK SHOP, and their reader, ABBY MACH.

I started going to this reader in 2006. From the 1st day I went to her, it's been all LIES. In my first reading, ABBY told me that she was married to TONY BENNETT (the singer) and that they had a son together that lives in Paris. She said she and Tony were seperated and that she doesn't get to talk to her son that much because Tony has told him so many lies about her, and then she began crying almost hysterically. Well, as time goes on, we not only find out that ABBY was NOT married to TONY but the ABBY was actually BORN a MAN named ALVIN and was the 2nd person to have a SEX CHANGE OPERATION so that would make it IMPOSSIBLE for her to give BIRTH to a son or daughter. In doing an investigation on what type of person ABBY actually was, we came across a book written about ABBY and her SEX CHANGE OPERATION so this would also prove that ABBY is nothing but a LIAR and a CON ARTIST. We have nothing against her having the operation or that she wasn't honest about that because that is her personal business but don't go telling LIES about being married to TONY BENNETT and having HIS son!!! Why say something like that to people???

I went to her a few times and alot of what she said in her reading was true so I had no reason to think she was a CON ARTIST. I had a good friend that was sick at the time and that's when she proceeded to tell me about how she had a heart attack some years back and she would be dead if it weren't for this Dr. Bev from New Jersey. She told me how this man was a healer and also helped people who had major issues going on in their lives and at the time I had a friend who was sick and Abby said she was sure Dr. Bev could help heal my friend. She said he healed so many people but he only worked with a select few and Abby was one of the select few. She told me that this person even helped work on her boss, the owner of the PHYSIC EYE BOOK SHOP, Robert. She also told me about other people that Dr. Bev helped including this lady from New York who owned a very large travel agency. She told me how this woman's mother was dying and Dr. Bev saved her mothers life and the mom lived for 13 more years after the help of Dr. Bev. Abby said it cost this lady $30,000. but she was able to enjoy her mom for 13 more years. Abby even went as far as calling this lady and putting her on the phone with me and she reiterated to me exactly what Abby had told me. Well, after speaking to this lady, I had no reason not to believe Abby. So when she told me that this Dr. Bev could help my friend, I was excited. Abby told me that she would call Dr. Bev and ask how much it would cost to heal my friend and that I should come in for another reading the next day and she would've spoken to Dr. Bev by then, and that's exactly what I did.

The next day Abby told me it would cost $500. to start and so I gave her a check for $500.00. As time went on, I would end up spending THOUSANDS of dollars with no results. Dr. Bev was not only supposed to heal my friend, he was supposed to stop the Idenity Theft I was going through, which would never happen. I had told friends about Abby and what a good reader she was and how she was having this Dr. Bev from Jersey heal a friend and help heal me too and find out who stole my idenity and was using my name, writing out checks all over the world and stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from my checking and saving accounts.

My friends were also having issues in their lives in which Abby would convince them to also get Dr. Bev involved. They too ended up spending THOUSANDS of dollars for nothing. My friends husband ended up dying, I'm no better nor is my other friend and whoever stole my idenity took everything I had and more. They wrote out bad checks, got into all my personal info I had on my computer, they planted tape recorders in my home and I even was arrested on bogus charges! I was arrested for having drugs in my pocketbook but the drugs were my sons ADHD medication, which are a narcotic, but I didn't have them in their proper medicine bottles!! Abby never saw any of this in the readings she gave me and obviously, Dr. Bev didn't help the way Abby promised he would. It was all a SCAM.

So we contacted ROBERT, the owner of the PHYSIC EYE BOOK SHOP, and told him the entire story about his employee, ABBY MACH. He said he wanted us to put it all in writing and send it to him, which we did and also emailed him. Well, the only response ROBERT had was "ABBY is an independent contractor and he isn't responsible for anything!!" Well, according to our attorney that we've had to retain and according to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, ABBY MACH is employed by PHYSIC EYE BOOK STORE even though she is licensed as an independent contractor. The law states that if you have to call in and let them know when you're not going to be coming in and when you're not, you are an employee of that company. Also, if you have to be in at a certain time, which Abby has to be there for 12 noon, Tuesday thru Saturday, then you are an employee. Also, if the company, PHYSIC EYE BOOK SHOP, is setting up appointments for you, you are an employee of the company. So, basically, ROBERT, the OWNER, is telling us that he is CONDONING what ABBY is doing, CONING INNOCENT CLIENTS OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!

We tried a few more times to contact the owner, ROBERT of the PHYSIC EYE BOOK SHOP, but all we got from him, once again, was he's NOT RESPONSIBLE because ABBY is an independent contractor.

SO BEWARE OF DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THE PHYSIC EYE BOOK SHOP BECAUSE THE OWNER, ROBERT, OBVIOUSLY CONDONES RIPPING PEOPLE OFF SINCE HE'S STANDING BY HIS EMPLOYEE, ABBY MACH.
