Physician & Healthcare Developments / California Regional Internet, Inc. Work-at-Home Scam false promises fraudulent ripoff business mistreated and ripped off plus outlandish rip-off late fees political corruption Burbank California
Physician's Healthcare and Development refuses to return my phone call and reply to my email request that they contact me. I purchased the program after reading about it in a WWW.JOBNEWSUSA>COM magazine that I came across. I first the 1-800-772-5933 number listed and then went and looked it up on the internet at there Web Site. Which By THE WAy Neither are avialable now. The phones have been discconnected and the Web Site send you to a FTP site. I was told that I would be able to do medical billing thru thier program of elecontic filing for a fee of a few cent on each billing filed once I was setup. Also told that there was continuously courses and upgrade at no additional charges.
That was in August, 2001, I recieve the cd and pursued the on going course sented Letters out too all Doctors on their list plus a few that I got from others sources. I reieve a request back from a few Doctors in May,2002 to please contact them in regards to doing thier billing. I went online to get updates and refresh myself on the course , Only to find out I could not get online with them ,I then started calling the Phones numbers I had , and found out that they had been disconnected all except for the customer service Number I left several messengers for them to returns my calls ,as of 08/03/2002 I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL FROM THEM. i EMAIL THEM TO PLEASE CONTACT ME .AS OF 08/03/2002 i YET TO BE CONTACTED . i
I PAIDED $399.00, OR I SHOULD SAY mY DAUGHTER pUT IT ON HER CREDIT CARD. I FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD RETURN THE MONEY OR CREDIT MY DAUGHTER CREDIT CARD . THE $399.00 PLUS ANY FEE'S THAT ARE INVOLVED. THEY HAVE NOT STOOD UP TO WHAT THEY ADVERTISE WHICH IS CONSIDER FRAUD IN MY BOOK.
IF ANYONE IS AWARE OF HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS PHD CO, PLEASE EMAIL ME via rebuttal to this e-mail. I WOULD LIKE TO PURSUE A LAW SUIT AGIANST THEM FOR FRAUDLENT ADVERTISMENT.

I would like to say THANK YOU RIPOFF for helping me locate the Company. Also, for the twoo People that also had a compliant again them, Tammie from Warren Ark. and Anglicia from Calf.
I spoke to Jennifer Larabee from the Federal Trade Commission today, Due to the fact that Tammie, inform me of her , and that there was a Suit against Physiscians Healthcare Development and NetBiz.net. I was told that they had taken them to court and that the case was now close due to the fact that there was no fund left that they had gone out of business. And, that the PHD has destroy all their records before the suit was file.
Bill Mann from California regional Internet, Inc. Email me back that they had updated everything on Sept.5,2002. I then went to the web sit www.NETBIZ.net and guess what? They are now hosting web site and etc. Check it out.
How can a company go from Physicisns Healthcare Development go broke and then come back as hosting web site under the name of NETBIZ.NET How many people are they going to rip off like when they had PHDBILLING The unlogial thing about it , is the back on the internet, It just go to show you that you can't trust anyone anymore.
Antonio Echavez, is the Agent for Service of Process for Physicans Healthcare Deveplopment,INC. So, who is the Agent for Service of Process for NETBIZ.net? was told that he had no assets to attach for refunds for the people that was RIPOFF by PHD.INC. But, yet he has another web site on How is that?
