First off...I got to know the owner "Izzy" from my late father. My father used to be Izzy's boss until he opened his shop. My father lost his job of 16 years, was out of money and went to Izzy for a temp job which I'm grateful he gave him it and also catered food after my dads burial This past March. Izzy was there most of the time at the hospital and when my dad passed from injuries from his motorcycle accident. I thought very highly of Izzy, so much, when I had a bad accident I called him. A 10-12 day job turned into 2.5 months..while I spent over $2000 on a rental. Was told at the beginning it would take 1.5 weeks then another 2 weeks and Kept getting bs even more. Dropped it off May 2nd and didn't get it back
until mid July. Finally got my vehicle and within a week, I hit some dabre in the road causing a lot of damage. Took it to a body shop which was owned by a dealership I worked for - for 5 yrs. I met the adjuster when he came out and he was shocked. Parts had been superglued that were paidby the insurance company to be completely replaced with new parts . The hood & driver side door wasn't properly put in place causing paint to already come off. My inspection has been out since June because they never installed rear seat belts. Izzy and his manager Mar both told me they would fix it and reimbursed the rental money. That was a lie. Once a friend, Izzy has now blocked me on Fb and his cell is always shut off
now. A new job I landed, is selling a new clear-coat that is 3-4 times stronger than your traditional clear coat. Before I left town for a couple of days(this past Monday) I was told to drop my car off and assured everything would be fixed by the time I got back(tues evening) so I could get my car coated with this new product to show to dealerships. It's now 5 days later, nothing has been done to my car, my job is in jeopardy and haven't been able to sell the last 3 weeks because my car doesn't have the coating on it I need to show dealer prospects. I'm a single father with sole custody of my 9 yr old daughter and haven't been able to have my daughter at home since I don't have a vehicle. $2000+ on the rental and
several thousands more lost because I can't sell a product without demonstrating it to Prospect by showing them my own vehicle with it coated. If Picassos doesn't care to do this to a deceased friends - son...im sure they will do it to anyone else and I highly doubt I'm the only victim. Izzy & Mar...I don't know how you put your head down at night knowing your actions are costing me a lot of money and I will probably lose everything as a result. I thought my dad was someone you cared about? With all the lies and promises unfulfilled....I leave it to God to deliver the karma you both deserve. Perhaps you should both quit smoking pot and spending your money on that and take care of your customers? Yes, I've witnessed
both of them smoking at the shop! Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life and it burns & hurts even more knowing Izzy was a friend of my late father. I advise everyone to stay away from this place and take your vehicle to be repaired by someone with a solid reputations that will follow through and not lie & use you
