  BY PAYING THIS COMPANY 19.99 FOR 30 DAYS OF UNLIMITED PHONE CALLS FOR YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES. ITS NOT TRUE, I ASKED THE MAN ON PHONE IF THERE were any HIDDEN FEES, HIDDN CHARGES, DOES THIS WORK WITH CELL PHONES AGAIN WAS TOLD ALL I GOTTA DO IS PAY MY 19.99 and MY CALLS WOULD BE GOOD TO GO. I HAVENT SPOKE TO MY FAMILY MEMEBER SINCE I PAID THEM, I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE from this company THEY ARE SO RUDE TELLING ME I WAS TOLD ABOUT THE SERVICE,that THEY SAVE US MONEY WITH LOWER RATES WHEN MY FAMILY MEMEBER CALLS THREW THE JAIL. SUCH BULL CRAP... ANYWAYS I was TREATED HORRIBLE , and WAS TOLD I WOULDNT GET A REFUND AND HUNG UP ON. I HAD A MANGER CONTACT ME YESTERDAY SAYING SHE WAS GONNA PUT MY MONEY BACK ONTO MY CARD AND SAID SHE WAS VERY SORRY AND MYREFUND WAS ISSUED. GUESS WHAT NOTHING ON MY CARD, IGNORED MY PHONE CALLS... SCAMMED SCAMMMMED

I've been getting $2.99 charges by them for about 6 months. About $35 dollars in mystery charges so far. I called them, they said sorry, said it wouldn't happen again, and that they would refund me. It's been 14 days since I called; since then I have yet to receive my refund and I've been charged another mystery $2.99. will call them again tomorrow to ask about it. I removed my card from their online portal about 3 months ago, so though it's not viewable it's still in their database and being utilized recurrently.

 Instead of apologizing to the person who posted this and obviously had a bad experience, they respond in this manner. I had a similar experience and was lied to about being able to receive discounted calls through their service to my loved ones who's in prison... LIE!! Not only that, but I'm also having issues cancelling this service. So, they continue billing me each month for $19.99. Today, I saw an additional charge of $2.99 on my bank statement. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! LET THE COMPANY'S RESPONSE DEMONSTRATE HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE.
